- Your deduction export (Supplier One → Payments → Deductions) and, for packet prep, the shipping documents you already have (BOLs, PODs, invoices). We tell you exactly which ones matter.
- Is my data safe?
- The free check never uploads your file. For the paid audit you email or upload your export; we use it solely to produce your audit, and delete it on request. We never ask for Retail Link credentials.
- What if there's nothing worth recovering?
- The free check tells you that before you pay us anything. If your winnable pool is under ~$3,000, we'll say so and tell you not to buy the audit.
